Restaurant was not open

gaylen said... We had a Family booking on Friday the 24th of June at 5pm which we had booked on the 21st of June . On arrival we were told by the staff member that the restaurant was closed. We did not receive any communication from the restaurant prior to arrival that the restaurant would be closed. This was a waste of time/travel and parking. I have lodged an enquiry waiting on a refund as we do not want a change of dates. So please be careful when you make a booking with this restaurant that in fact it will be open for business.
