Booked 15 people for my son’s birthday party at the $10 deal each.
Before hand the company phoned my husband x2 being quite rude over the phone and telling him we did not register. He told him we did not received the link to registered which they argued, only to receive the registering by email twice after the call.
They also don’t really tell you in the promo that you will need more than 100 balls (which you get in the $10 promo package. So once the kids was geared up and ready to go, they were told about the extra bal packages you need to buy, which placed my husband a bit in a spot and half felt he had no other choice. This worked out to $80 per person more which was the cheapest package. So we ended paying over $1000.00 more in the day!
Afterwards they went around with a scanner telling the kids if they give them a 5 star rating, they will get a free cool drink , which obvious all the kids did!
