Brilliant
Completely relaxed and excellent pressure combined to make this experience completely worth every cent. Will be going back every time we go to Hanmer Springs.. 3 or 4 times per year.

BEST massage in Town
I’ve tried the Pools spa and a Couple of places else where in Hanmer and Lilian is HANDS DOWN- the best. Complete pampering and relaxation- the most comfortable heated table and what felt like the longest hour of pure heaven. Crazy value for money! Lilian is professional but good fun and caring. You won’t be sorry!

Would not go back
I was booked in for an hour massage and got about 10 minutes if lucky he talked the rest of the time that was $110 down the drain

Very disapointed
I booked this experience for our girls weekend away. I thought It would be relaxing however Richard decided he would have an open opinion regarding my sore knees. After sharing with Richard that my father had the same knee issues, Richard said that "your father shouldn't have breed". I am not sure if that is insulating to my existence or my parents decision to have children. The lady that was massaging my daughter was lovely, thank you to her. I will not be booking this experience again.

Excellent treatment
Tatiana was very knowledgeable and skilled. She listened & responded in detail to the main issues I described, even though I probably made her quite confused! She is clearly smart and experienced with a great educational & training background. The massage was awesome! And very intelligent conversation was a bonus. I would highly recommend. Alex, Nelson
