Can't review as was sick
Sorry to hear you didn't get to experience the hot pools as you were sick, Nicola! Hope you're feeling much better now.
Lovely and clean hot springs, with nice amenities and really friendly staff.
Thank you for your kind review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the clean facilities, amenities, and friendly service from our team. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Tekapo Springs again soon!
Something to do but limited parking, space, and pools really made it more stressful than anything. Probably would not go again.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry your visit felt more stressful than relaxing. You visited over Matariki weekend, which was an exceptionally busy one for the whole Tekapo township with the fresh snow bringing visitors from across the South Island, so parking and space were tight everywhere in town, not just with us. That's not much comfort in the moment though, and we appreciate you letting us know. We hope you might consider visiting again someday on a quieter weekend.
Hot pools were great. Abit overpriced. The staff at Tekapo springs tried to make me pay more becouse I didn't show up on time My paid session was 3pm to 7pm I showed up at 4. But my session still goes to 7pm They wanted to charge me more for not coming an hour earlier, all though my time remains the same.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our hot pools. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your arrival time and any frustration this may have caused. We’ll review what happened with our team to ensure our session times and pricing are communicated clearly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Tekapo hot springs
Beautifully clean heated pools with great bathroom facilities which supplied nice flowing soap, shampoo and conditioner. Something we didn't know was that you can leave the pool premises with your wristband and return later, so basically the entry fee could cover a whole day. The views from the pools are beautiful whatever the time of year! The only downside is the expensive entry fee, although bookme did provide us with a small saving. Perhaps that makes it peaceful as there were very few people using the pools when we were there. I'm not sure that the pools are natural hot springs.
